This company was started due to the need of my personal friends, and their new home purchases. Over the years I have helped out many people with identifying issues with homes. Recently a good friend of mine called and asked me to look at a home they were going to put an offer on. The next day I went to the home and upon pulling into the driveway I spotted mold on the front brick on the house, so the first place that I looked was the roof. Almost half of the roof was coming down to a spot only about 10” wide in the front of the house. There was a gutter, but only a 3” gutter. What was happening was there was too much water the gutter, not to mention it was also clogged. Sot the majority of the water was running over the gutter and down the side of the house. This was leaving all this water to sit in the corner. When I proceeded to the downstairs it was right there in front of me, wet walls and block. The real-estate agent had suggested a friend for the job and he gave a full clear everything was great. I guess the moral of the story is that this was not a deal breaker: it was acutually only a $300 gutter fix. If this was not caught it could have had major problems with the foundation in a short time.
