I currently bought my first house in Rogers, MN. I have known Tom Burke for years, and his knowledge about well built homes is superior. Before we bought the property, Tom was the first one out to see it. I was concerned with a few things, and the price it would cost to fix them up and make them right. Tom assured me that I was making the right decision with moving forward with the property. As most of you know, a house is the biggest expense of your lifetime. Leave it to the pros. We were buying a bank owned property and had concerns as it had been vacant for a year.Tom came out for our inspection he pointed out 2 major issues that  had been missed previously.One was a foundation problem in the front step wich explained the small puddle of water in the basement the other was a crack at the base of a large beem on ceiling ,not only did Tom save us a major headache he saved us money.We highly recommend Tom Burk.
